Following the resignation of our Secretary of many years, Mrs. M. Ferreira, our physical office has moved from Volksrust, Mpumalanga to Caledon, Western Cape.
Mrs Pippa Philip, a longstanding member of SASDA, has been appointed as our new Secretary.
Please bear with us when the office re-opens on 6 February 2024 as there might be a few delays while our new secretary gets her office sorted.

Aangesien ons Sekretaresse, Mev. M. Ferreira, bedank het, het die SASHV kantoor geskuif vanaf Volksrust Mpumalanga na Caledon Wes Kaap.
Mev Pippa Philip, jare lange lid en bestuurslid van SASHV, is aangestel as die nuwe Sekretaresse.
Ons vra dat u asseblief geduldig sal wees wanneer die kantoor heropen vanaf 6 Februarie. Daar mag dalk 'n paar vertragings wees aan die begin terwyl ons nuwe Sekretaresse die kantoor uitgesorteer.

Various members in different part of the country have recently lost their dogs to the horrible disease Spirocercosis lupi , caused by a parasitic worm immune to normal de-worming medications.
This disease was relatively scarce in earlier years but is now more prevalent all over the country – It can be picked up and spread anywhere you travel, so please be aware.
