1. Purchase & Access

  • By purchasing this training video, you are granted personal access to view the content for your own learning and training purposes.

  • Access is provided via a private YouTube channel. To grant access, you will be required to provide a valid email address (associated with a Google/YouTube account) at the time of purchase.

  • Access will be granted once payment is confirmed.

2. Language Preference

  • The video is available in English or Afrikaans.

  • At the time of purchase, please specify your preferred language. If no preference is given, the default version provided will be English.

3. Usage Rights

  • The video is for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, uploading to public platforms, or sharing your access/invitation with others is strictly prohibited.

  • Access is linked to the email address provided and may not be transferred to another person or account.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if there is a technical issue preventing access to the video.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The training methods demonstrated are based on practical experience and are intended as guidance.

  • Results may vary depending on your dog, environment, and training consistency.

  • The seller is not liable for any injuries, damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of this video.

Step 2 – Confirm Your Purchase

  • Each video costs R350.

  • Payment must be made with your order, and proof of payment must be sent to sasda@jenny.co.za, along with your name and contact details.

Step 3 – Delivery Method (Physical USB)

  • Physical USB delivery is available within South Africa only, via PUDO or Paxi courier. Please include a R90 courier fee.

  • If you are ordering from outside South Africa, please contact the office via email to arrange delivery.
